Construction project of a new production line for “electric” steels, intended for electrified car. Production capacity of 200,000 tons of steel per year, with a budget of 300 million euros and about twenty companies involved.
Nature of the mission : Varnishing tower lot manager, Tender, clarification, Award, Business management and monitoring of basic and detailed engineering, Monitoring and coordination of the construction, Preparation and supervision of the commissioning, Reporting, progress meeting, and KPIs.

Site Manager : Project to dismantle a Paper Cutter Line (Double A)
Dismantling of Double A paper machine factory on behalf of Proserv International, in order to send it to Turkey for the company Ve-ge.

PMO - Projet DIP : Construction of a paper recycling plant
Inova Pulp & Paper is a recycling plant located in Alizay in the Eure department in Normandy which transforms “used paper” into “de-inked paper pulp” giving them a second life. For an estimated cost of 28 million euros.
Nature of the mission: Management and preparation of the project budget, cash flow control, development and monitoring of planning and budget, KPIs and reporting.

PMO - Symphonie SSI project: Equip metro stations with a centralized fire system
The SYMPHONIE SSI project aims to provide the RATP with centralized fire safety monitoring resources for its metropolitan network, rith an estimated cost of 35 million euros.
Nature of the mission: Management of companies and subcontractors, planning and budget monitoring, KPIs and reporting.

RÉSEAU SNCF – CDG Express
PMO - Build a “CDG Express” line between CDG Airport and Paris-Gare de l'Est
The CDG Express is a direct rail link project, connecting Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport to Paris-Gare de l’Est in 20 minutes, every ¼ hour, from 5 am to midnight. It will be put into service in early 2027. Its ambition is to meet the needs of air travellers. At an estimated cost of 2.2 billion euros.
Nature of the mission: Procurement strategy and allotment in several markets, monitoring of deliverables, launch of contracts and financial eligibility study.

Project Manager in charge of unit outages - maintenance of combustion turbines
The Combustion Turbine Operations Center (CETAC) has 13 production units, for a total power of 1920 MW, and operates with light fuel oil or gas. Built between 1980 and 2010, the 13 units are an important component in the production of electricity in France.
Nature of the mission: Management of shutdowns for preventive maintenance one month/turbine/year.

Project engineer - Renewal of cooling piping maintenance contract for 6 CNPE nuclear power plants.
Redo a contract, call for tenders, analysis of technical and financial admissibility, award of the contract. For a cost or a target value of 8 million euros.
AUVERGNE-RHÔNE-ALPES - CIH Livet (38)
EDF – CIH Romanche Gavet
PMO - Construction of a hydraulic power station
Replacement of 6 power stations and 5 old dams by 1 new dam and 1 new power station, more efficient (+40% production on the same stretch of river), safer and more respectful of its environment. With a power of 97 megawatts (MW), the Gavet hydropower plant has a production capacity of 560 million kWh/year (41 million euros invested in this project).
Nature of the mission: Coordinate and plan all construction work for the hydroelectric power plant.

OPC for the Alstom industrial site renovation project in Grenoble
On nearly 150,000 m2, Alstom is renovating the Grenoble site which houses the world center for hydraulic turbine technology, the various project activities (commercial, management, turbine engineering, regulation and services), production of hydraulic turbines and general activities (finance, human resources and quality).

Plastic Omnium – ∑-Sigmatech
Innovation Project Manager - Packaging and shielding of batteries for electric cars (Renault Zoe)
Management of an innovation project at the R&D center of plastic omnium: Sigmatech, on the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of battery packs for electric cars.
Nature of the mission: It was to find solutions and materials for electromagnetic shielding, also to ensure their feasibility and their integrability at Plastic Omnium, but also to assess the investment necessary to meet these needs; while committing to the competitiveness of the price and the lightness of the solution.
